1. About NursePro

NursePro Nursing ("NursePro," "we," "us," or "our") provides educational products and services for nursing students and professionals, including digital downloads, PDFs, printed study guides, cheat sheets, memberships, crash courses, tutoring, recordings, and related materials.

2. Your Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and NursePro Nursing. You accept these Terms by taking each of the following actions at checkout:

• Selecting the checkbox labeled "I've read and accept the Terms & Conditions for this purchase" (or substantially similar wording).
• Submitting payment information and authorizing the transaction.
• Receiving an order confirmation by email.

Each checkout event is electronically recorded. By proceeding through checkout, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms in full, that the checkbox was not pre-selected on your behalf, and that you actively and voluntarily indicated your agreement.

3. Electronic Record of Acceptance

You acknowledge and agree that NursePro records and retains the following information at the time of your acceptance, and that this record constitutes valid, enforceable evidence of your agreement to these Terms:

• Date and timestamp of checkbox acceptance.
• IP address used to complete the transaction.
• Device, browser, and operating system information.
• Email address provided at checkout.
• Order details, including products purchased and amounts paid.
• Payment processor confirmation of the authorized transaction.
• Subsequent activity, including download events and access logs where applicable.

You consent to the use of this electronic record in any dispute, chargeback proceeding, arbitration, or legal action, and you agree that an electronic signature or checkbox acceptance carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under applicable e-signature laws (including the U.S. E-SIGN Act and UETA, where applicable).

4. Eligibility & Account Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials issued to you.

5. Payment Authorization

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized cardholder, or have lawful authorization to use the selected payment method.
• You voluntarily purchase NursePro educational products and/or services.
• All payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, UnionPay), Google Pay, and Klarna (US customers only). Klarna purchases are subject to an additional fee of $12.95 or 5% of the order total, whichever applies at checkout.

6. Products & Delivery

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically via download link, email, or account access. Delivery is considered complete the moment a link, file, or login credential is issued, regardless of whether you choose to download or open the file. By accepting these Terms at checkout, you specifically request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this immediate delivery is the consideration for which you have paid.

Printed products

Printed products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Once a tracking number is issued by our fulfillment partner, the order is considered fulfilled by NursePro.

7. All Sales Are Final

By checking the acceptance box at checkout, you specifically and knowingly agree that all purchases through NursePro are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This applies to:

• All digital products, regardless of whether the file has been opened, downloaded, or used.
• All printed products once shipment has been confirmed.
• All memberships, courses, tutoring sessions, and recordings.

This no-refund policy is disclosed prior to purchase, is included in the checkbox-confirmed Terms, and is reiterated in our Return & Refund Policy. You acknowledge that the price of each product reflects this no-refund policy and that you would not be entitled to the same price under a refundable model. The only exception is verifiable shipping damage on printed products, governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a NursePro product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own educational study. You may not:

• Share, distribute, resell, or sublicense any NursePro material.
• Upload NursePro materials to file-sharing sites, study-group drives, cloud folders, or any public or private repository.
• Reproduce, copy, modify, or create derivative works from NursePro content.
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or branding from any product.

All NursePro content, including text, design, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of NursePro Nursing and is protected by copyright law.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You acknowledge that you have specifically agreed, by checking the acceptance box at checkout, not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes after receiving product access, download links, login credentials, course enrollment, digital files, educational materials, shipment confirmation, or customer support assistance.

An "unjustified chargeback" includes, but is not limited to, a chargeback filed:

• After the product has been delivered or accessed.
• On the grounds of change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with content.
• On the grounds of failure to pass an exam or achieve a specific educational outcome.
• Without first contacting NursePro support to attempt resolution.
• In violation of the no-refund policy you accepted at checkout.

NursePro reserves the right to dispute any chargeback or payment reversal and submit the following evidence to the payment processor, card network, or arbitrator:

• The Terms & Conditions accepted at checkout, in the exact version in force at the time of purchase.
• The checkbox acceptance record, including timestamp, IP address, device, and browser information.
• Order confirmation, invoice, and payment processor verification records.
• Access logs, download history, and course or membership activity records.
• Email, text message, WhatsApp, or other communications between the customer and NursePro.
• Shipping confirmations and tracking information for printed products.

Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized redistribution of educational materials may result in:

• Immediate termination of access without refund.
• Permanent account suspension.
• Collection activity where permitted by law.
• Civil legal action.
• Recovery of damages, legal fees, administrative costs, and attorney fees where applicable.

10. No Outcome Guarantees

NursePro products are study aids and supplementary educational resources. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to exam results (NCLEX, NMC CBT, ATI, or others), passing scores, licensing outcomes, certification, or employment. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that exam or career outcomes do not constitute grounds for a refund, dispute, or chargeback.

11. Accuracy of Content

NursePro materials are prepared with care by qualified nursing professionals and updated periodically to reflect current standards. However, nursing practice, exam content, and clinical guidelines change over time. NursePro materials are intended for study support and do not replace official testing body publications, clinical guidelines, or the advice of a licensed instructor.

12. Customer Conduct

You agree not to misuse NursePro services, including by:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or content.
• Using NursePro materials for any unlawful purpose.
• Harassing or abusing NursePro staff or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, for violations of this section.

13. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We do not retroactively apply discounts to completed orders. Discounted purchases are subject to the same Terms & Conditions, including the no-refund policy. Promotional codes may be limited in time, quantity, or eligibility, and may be revoked at our discretion if misused.

14. Privacy

Information collected at checkout (such as name, email, shipping address, payment data, and the acceptance record described in Section 3) is used to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your purchase, comply with legal obligations, and defend against disputes. Payment information is processed securely by our payment processors and is not stored by NursePro.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NursePro Nursing, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NursePro products or services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

16. Changes to These Terms

NursePro reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms displayed at checkout and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase governs that transaction and is archived for evidentiary purposes. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future purchases.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable at NursePro's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute by contacting support@nursepronursing.com before initiating a chargeback, arbitration, or legal action. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.

19. Entire Agreement & Acknowledgment of Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Return & Refund Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and NursePro Nursing regarding your purchase. By checking the acceptance box at checkout and submitting payment, you confirm that:

• You have had the opportunity to read these Terms in full.
• You understand and agree to be bound by them.
• You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with legal capacity to do so.
• You waive any later claim that you were unaware of, or did not agree to, these Terms.

NursePro Nursing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase, and accepted by you at checkout, governs that transaction.
