Return & Refund Policy

1. Why All Sales Are Final

NursePro sells educational content designed to be used immediately upon purchase. Once a digital file has been delivered, a download link has been issued, or a printed product has been shipped, the value of the product has been transferred to the customer. For this reason, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

2. Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to: PDFs, study guides, cheat sheets, downloadable workbooks, memberships, recordings, and any other electronically delivered material.

• Delivery is considered complete the moment a download link, login credential, or file is sent or made available.
• Refunds are not issued for digital products under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, lack of use, dissatisfaction with content, or inability to pass an exam.
• Customers are responsible for downloading and saving files promptly after purchase.

3. Printed Products

Printed materials, including the NursePro Quick Facts Guide and any other physical book or workbook, are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Once shipment is confirmed, the order is considered fulfilled.
• We do not accept returns due to change of mind, no longer needing the product, or unwanted gifts.

Damaged or defective shipments

If your printed product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, we will provide a free replacement at our discretion. This is the only exception to the no-return policy and applies only to verifiable shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. NursePro is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will assist where reasonably possible.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the product has been delivered, accessed, or shipped. If you contact us before any of these events occur, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

5. No Outcome Guarantees

NursePro educational materials are study aids and supplementary resources. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to exam results (NCLEX, NMC CBT, ATI, or others), passing scores, licensing outcomes, certification, or employment. Exam outcomes are not grounds for a refund or dispute.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving the product. NursePro reserves the right to dispute any chargeback using supporting evidence, including: order records, IP and device logs, download history, email communications, shipping confirmations, and accepted Terms & Conditions.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, loss of access without refund, and collection activity where permitted by law.

7. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Discount codes (such as seasonal promotions) must be applied at checkout. We do not retroactively apply discounts to completed orders, and discounted purchases follow the same no-refund policy as all other orders.

8. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing a purchase on nursepronursing.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in full, along with our Terms & Conditions.

NursePro Nursing reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version posted on nursepronursing.com at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
