NursePro Nursing was created with one mission: to help nursing students pass the NCLEX with confidence — without drowning in 1,000-page textbooks, endless review courses, or content that doesn't actually show up on the exam.
Our Story
Founded by Nav Pandher, BSN, RN, NursePro was born out of a frustration every nursing student knows too well. After years of navigating nursing school, the NCLEX, and the realities of clinical practice, Nav saw a gap between what students were studying and what they actually needed to pass.
The traditional NCLEX prep market was bloated, overpriced, and overwhelming. Students were buying stacks of books, paying for thousands of dollars in review courses, and still walking into the NCLEX feeling unprepared — because most resources teach memorization instead of the one skill the NCLEX actually tests: critical thinking.
NursePro changed that.
